Gift Vouchers - Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from day of purchase. Vouchers are available for monetary value or specific treatment.

Treatment Courses - All courses must be paid for in full on first treatment, completed within six months and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellations - We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee where cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the treatment is due.

Guarantees - All treatments are carried out by fully trained and qualified therapists.

Health and Safety - Bodylines Beauty Salon is approved by the National Care Standards Commission for use of the Depilite IPL and Electrolysis treatment. Individual pre-sterilised electrolysis needles are used for each client, all equipment is sterilised and sanitised before each treatment.

Credit Cards and Cheques - We accept most major credit cards, payment by cheque must be accompanied by a cheque guarantee card. We regret that we cannot accept either for payments under £10. All prices include VAT.

Complaints - We take complaints very seriously if you have reason for complaint we would appreciate you telling the management so we can deal with the matter.
